I remember, when I was in Bondi, Sydney, with my best friend, we went there for a little girls trip and we were practicing yoga every single day, for eight days. I have never felt so at peace, sure and certain within myself. I felt like I could conquer the world and I felt so so healthy. My body felt so strong it was amazing. We were eating healthy, going for runs along the beach, long strolls around the pavilion, and of course, sneaking in a few wines or two here and there. It was just so refreshing being able to feel strong in my own body after so long. Having suffered from glandular fever and not fully recovering until a year later, it was like feeling the rush of fresh air running into my lungs. Yoga for me really helped me feel at one with my mind, body and soul. In touch with every part of myself, I truly felt. These smiles kinda say it all...
